USER

1. KM WILL BE CALCULATED FROM GARAGE TO GARAGE.

2. FULL PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE BEFORE TRIP START ETHER ONLINE OR CASH TO DRIVER.

3. ANY KM USAGE ABOVE BILLED DISTANCE WILL HAVE TO BE PAID TO THE BUS OPERATOR AT THE END OF THE TRIP

4. TOLLS, INTER STATE TAXES, PARKING, TRAFFIC ENTRY ARE TO BE PAID BY PARTY.

5. NIGHT DRIVER ALLOWANCE RS 500/- OR AS DESCRIBE AFTER 12AM

6. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IN CASE OF CUSTOMER USES THE VEHICLE PROVIDED FOR LESSER THAN THE QUOTED KM OR TIME INDICATED.

7. IN OUTSTATION JOURNEY, CUSTOMER CANNOT EXTEND THE TRIP AS PER GOVERNMENT LAWS PERMIT IS ISSUED FOR DATE GIVEN FOR THE TRIP.

8. IN ONE WAY TRIP BOTH SIDE TOLL HAVE TO BE PAID BY THE PARTY

9. AS PER RTO NOAMS THE BUS ,TEMPO TRAVELLER OR CAR CAN CARRY PASSANGERS ONLY AS PER THE CAPACITY

10. IN CASE IF THE PASSANGER ARE MORE THEN MENTION IN QUERY, THE BUS WILL NOT CONTINUE THE TRIP AND WILL RETURN TO GARAGE AND THE TRIP AMOUNT WILL BE DIDUCTED WHOLY

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA-OPERATOR SHOULD BE A OWNER OF ATLEAST 1 VEHICLE (BUS, CAR , TEMPO TRAVELLER) SERVICE REQUIRED ON THE BASIS OF CRITERIA GIVEN BELOW-

1. PROPER UNIFORM DRIVER & CLEANER

2. NEAT & CLEAN VEHICLE (i.e CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE)

3. PUNCTUAL ON DUTY

4. WELL MAINTAINED SEATS & SEATCOVERS AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS

5. OPERATOR HAVE TO MANAGE ANOTHER VEHICLE IN CASE OF BREAKDOWN OF THE VEHICLE DURING THE JOURNEY

6. KM BOARD SHOULD BE WORKING

7. IN AIR CONDITION VEHICLE THE AC SHOULD WORK PROPERLY AND WELL MAINTAIN

8. IF AC IS NOT WORKING THEN THE OPERATOR WILL BE PAID AS RENT OF NON AC VEHICLE

9. PROCESS OF PAYMENT WILL BE MONTHLY BASIS,BY CHEQUE OR NEFT.

TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT-

1. VEHICLE NOT FOLLOWING RTO NORMS

2. DRIVER WITH OUT LICENCE

3. FAILURE IN GIVING THE SERVICE ON THE GIVEN TIME

4. FALSELY SENDING VEHICLE WHICH WAS NOT MENTIONED IN THE REGISTRATION

5. NOT DELIVERING THE VEHICLE ON TIME TO THE PICKUP POINT

6. OPERATOR CANNOT LEAVE THE PASSENGERS ANYWHERE ELSE,PICKUP/DROP POINT SHOULD BE SAME OR AS MENTION BY THE CUSTOMER

7. VEHICLE SHOULD BE SAME AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS AND VEHICLE MENTIONED IN THE REGISTRATION

8. THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE DRIVER/CLEANER IS NOT GOOD WITH THE PASSENGERS

9. THE DRIVER/CLEANER FOUND DRUNK BY THE RTO OR PASSENGERS

10. LEAVE THE DRIVING SEAT OF THE BUS WITHOUT REASONABLE EXCUSE

11. DRIVER NOT FOLLOWING THE RTO NORMS

12. IF COMPLAINTS ARRAISE FROM PASSENGERS ABOUT THE AC

13. HARSHLY/USING BAD LANGUAGES/HARRASING THE PASSENGER

14. ANY OF THE ACTION ABOVE OR ANY OTHER THINGS HAPPEN,WILL NOT BE BEARABLE
